Our Baby and Nursery Rooms

My baby is 3 - 15 months old

Welcome to Baby Room 1. The room is full of attention catching toys that are brightly coloured and make lots of noise. There is also lots of equipment to encourage sitting, rolling, crawling and taking those first steps.

We also have a sleeping area with cots, swings, bouncers and cushions so that your baby should feel at home. Staffing is on a 1:3 ratio however most of the time we work on a 1:2 ratio.

The routine of the day includes play with water, sand, paint and colouring as well as stories and singing. We take regular trips out to the park.

There is a separate milk kitchen where we store and prepare milk feeds. These are given by your baby’s key worker in their arms. There is also a separate changing area. The main kitchen prepares all meals from the freshest of ingredients and to the specifications laid out by the parent’s wishes during weaning.

We know you want to know what your baby has been doing each day so we write down all the events and let you know what has been happening.
